Internationalization is a big step towards success, therefore it’s important to be where the opportunities are born. After the strong presence of Lagos in Automechanika Frankfurt and Innotrans Berlin fairs, where we introduced important advances on surface treatment equipment, now it’s time to move overseas and have a closer look at the APTA Expo running on Houston from 13 to 15 October.

The event is the biggest public transportation showcase of the world and features more than 800 global exhibitors introducing the latest public transportation technologies, products and services, as well as free education sessions. Our partner CAF, specialist on railway transport solutions, is set to attend the upcoming edition of APTA and showcase their latest technological breakthroughs in the high speed train, regional and commuter train, metro and tram sector.

The company is working on a number of ongoing projects, supplying trams to the cities of Houston, Cincinnati, Kansas City and Boston. CAF is also manufacturing passenger cars for AMTRAK.

CAF is one of our key customer. We have been working in different projects with our Sky Trotter product line that offers great mobility and quality regarding surface treatment and maintenance operations in paint shops for rolling stocks. Additionally, Lagos developed and manufactured the spraybooths of the Beasain CAF Headquarters with a 40m. lenght booth featuring preparation and sanding areas with elevators supply for other different booths in the installations. The cooperation for mutual benefit and bussiness success has been growing through the last 10 years.
