TAILOR MADE SPRAY BOOTHS

TO MATCH YOUR BUDGET AND REQUIREMENTS

The design and manufacturing of machines and elements for the generation of wind energy or the solar industry require treatment cycles that ensure durability against corrosion, adequate finish and a maximum of energetic captation.

After 15 years in the wind energy sector alongside with reference companies in Europe (Gamesa, Acciona, Solar Turbines, Gestamp…) we managed to robotize the process of blade-painting, thus minimising overspray, optimising trajectories and reducing cycle runtimes for each part and variant whilst adapting to the characteristics of the product applied (viscosity, time for drying, thickness and number of layers…).

We design booths for the metallic coating of support-elements (on the points of contact or full-body as well as interior and exterior parts), preparation of the blades and application of finish-layers, protective layers on solar panels and – spoken in general terms – any kind of surface treatment, on what part ever.

Our equipment and our processes ensure high quality levels on the finish, reduced cycle runtime, low investment costs paired with low return periods as well as low operational and maintenance costs.

For each design in the prototyping phase we carry out mathematical simulations and experimental tests to validate the technical and energy performance under limit situations, the lack of turbulences, the distribution of speed and temperature as well as the consumption and overspray of the application materials.

WHY CHOOSE LAGOS?

ROBOTIZED PAINTING

We implement robotized arms in order to perform a perfect painting by reducing the overspray and applying a constant coat thickness on the whole piece.

NOISE LEVEL

Our booths have the lowest noise level in the market (73 dB) thanks to the efficient plenum insulation and the high quality motors that we use.

ATEX LIGHTING

The lighting of our booths complies with the ATEX lighting regulation.

LARGE HEATING SURFACE

The big size of our self-manufactured boiler, improves the performance of the heat exchanger, reducing the amount of energy used to warm-up the booth.

THICK AND DURABLE DOORS

Our 8cm thick doors performs perfectly over the time. On other booths, those are the most replaced parts.

DOUBLE GLAZING

The thickness of the air chamber reduces losses of heated air and improves temperature stability inside the booth.
