We would like to remind you that in pursuit of an optimal operation of your machine, it is advisable to perform a periodic maintenance of the wear parts. According to our system it is time to perform MAINTENANCE TASKS:
Annual Tasks
| Clean water rafts in the humidity groups |
| Check the Gas Burner (only if your spray booth has one) |
| Adjust latches on the service door |
| Tighten the main motor’s belts |
| Clean floor and trays |
Monthly Tasks
| Adjust latches on the service door |
| Tighten the main motor’s belts |
| Clean floor and trays |
Weekly Tasks
| Floor and roof filter condition: If the pressure inside the cabin is excessive, proceed to replace them with new ones. When the filter alarm is triggered, it will indicate which filter must be replaced. (CHECK OUT OUR FILTERS OFFERS) |
| If the airflow inside the booth descends prematurely, tighten the motor belts |
| Clean the roof filters with the ventilation connected in the painting stage |
| Clean with cleaning solvents the walls and windows of the booth if they present paint residues. |
Omitting these checks would translate to a possible void of you warranty.
