In this article we will focus on our client Tune Eureka, who in a recent interview has highlighted our partnership in one of his ambitious projects that includes the launch of a completely new department of surface treatment, painting, blasting and metallization with several types of abrasive, made posible by a blast cabin and a spray/drying cabin.

The company, which designs and manufactures critical components for large facilities in the paper industry, fishing, cold, defense and offshore, meets the most demanding quality requirements set by international agencies and pursued by their own customers. For this reason optimal finish, flexibility of use, reduced time cycles and energy efficiency are the main concerns of Tune Eureka.

Lagos has provided an effective solution to those needs with the installation of a spray / dry cabin, featuring an air-filtering plenum that enables pieces to enter the cabin through an overhead crane, increasing the mobility of the department. Furthermore, the booth can be splitted in separated working areas, reducing energy costs, and making posible to work with different configurations for each piece.

The final result provided the finishing department with the high quality standards guaranteed internationally by the Company.
